2. PROJECT ARTWORK AND LOGOS

Project artwork uses OpenAI image generation (ChatGPT and Codex), with processing
and edits; the logo was made with ChatGPT. The project claims no rights
in its artwork or logos and does not guarantee non-infringement of third-party
rights. This is not a claim that AI output is copyrightable or in the public
domain in every jurisdiction, nor a grant of any third-party rights.

This covers the images in public/art/ and public/logo/, public/favicon.ico,
their built copies in dist/, and the project artwork shown in docs/images/.
JSON manifests and generation code remain under Section 1.

3. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Third-party software, fonts, and palettes retain their own licenses and notices;
see NOTICE. DotGothic16 remains under OFL-1.1. The Resurrect 64 palette by Kerrie
Lake is not relicensed by this project. Third-party product names and marks
remain with their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.

Promotional videos, audio recordings, and third-party sound effects are not
licensed by this file. See tools/demo/README.md for the trailer's sources and
credits; third-party audio samples are not included in the repository or npm
package.
